Arnel served as the Film & Video Host of the official Art Basel at the Miami Beach Convention Center for the 2012 & 2013 shows.

Arnel also compiles the annual Event Influencers Hot 100 List, a comprehensive guide to the most important fairs and hottest events going on during Miami Art Week | Art Basel Miami Beach. This has become the most highly-sought after list by top PR agencies, media professionals, and cultural enthusiasts.
Arnel served as the seasonal Director of Event Production at University of Miami in 2018, 2016, & 2015 for all employee health, wellness, and fitness events. San Pedro produced the Team UM experience at the Mercedes Benz Corporate Runs, which resulted in a record-breaking, largest team ever, two years in a row. In 2016, UM finally achieved its long-awaited goal and won the highly-coveted #1 Largest Team award, for the first time ever. San Pedro’s team also earned the highest overall event rating of Excellent, according to the post survey.
In addition, San Pedro produced the Appreciation & Well-Being Week, and supported the Week of Well Being, Retirement and Long Service Award Recognition Event, and Take Our Children to Work Day. Many of these were open to over 28,000 people combined and took place on all 3 main campuses and in over 16+ satellite locations throughout South Florida.
Arnel was the Emergency Relief Operations Manager and lead team member of an event agency that successfully implemented production operations for debris removal in Miami Beach, following Hurricane Irma in 2017. This consisted of managing over 75 staff monitors and over 25 national truck crews. MB became the most productive city in the entire state of Florida, with 155,000 cubic yards of debris removed, and became a model city for the rest of the state to emulate.
San Pedro led the entire Production Security team and served as an important member of the core production management team that supervised Chairman Diddy’s annual music industry conference. The team produced over 20 televised/streamed events in a timeframe of 5 days. Talent included Ms Lauryn Hill, French Montana, 2 Chainz, Sza, Monica, Queen Latifah, TI, and Cardi B.
San Pedro fulfiiled all security needs for every event and each celebrity talent, which consisted of managing over 200 security and bodyguards, and devising comprehensive safety plans for the Yacht Party, Welcome Ceremony, Awards Gala, Keynotes, & Pool Party.
San Pedro played a significant role in all music and celebrity talent movement and staged the celebrity arrivals for Diddy, 2 Chainz, and Monica.
Arnel served as a Festival Theater Manager at O Cinema Miami Beach in 2017 and at the Coral Gables Art Cinema in 2016 at the Miami Film Festival, the largest film festival in the city, drawing over 70,000 visitors in ten days. Here, he supervised all front-of-house operations including tech checks, vendors, box office, Q&As, intros, talent, signage, sponsors, red carpet arrivals, logistics, volunteer teams, trailers, posters/one sheets, balloting, scanning, setup/breakdown, seating, and rush sales. MFF was named #1 Film/Media Event in Miami/South Florida.
Arnel started his career as a Segment Producer, Associate Producer and Researcher at MTV/VH1 Production in New York, working on many live multi-camera and remote-based ENG shows including MTV's Direct Effect Presents Fashionably Loud, Bling Break (Spring Break), VH1's After Party, Jewel Video Collection, Sebastian Bach's Forever Wild, MTV's Destiny's Child Live, Play a Million, Pay a Million, Beatmix, TRL Superstars, Rock n' Jock Bowling Bash, Spring Break, Countdown to the MTV Video Music Awards and many more.
San Pedro also won the NY Viewer’s Choice Award at the MTV Film Festival for a docu-short that he directed, wrote, produced, and edited on ELLIS QUEMADA GALLAGHER.
San Pedro served as House Manager and managed the front of house operations team for numerous productions at this landmark City of Miami Beach | Miami Beach Convention Center-owned theatre. Shows vary from music, dance, modeling/fitness shows, theater, opera, comedy, performance art, and film. Some of the productions he managed include Model Universe, Fitness Universe, American Black Film Festival, Brazilian Film Festival, MiFo OUTshine Film Festival, and Golem of Havana.
Colony Theatre is managed by Spectra, a division of Comcast Spectacor.
San Pedro orchestrated the production, operations, and logistics of many large city-sanctioned festivals which entailed supervising over 20+ events simultaneously in 15+ venues.
San Pedro was promoted to the Director of Bar Production for the Aqua Girl Festival and also the Director of Production Operations for the Winter Party Festival, two of the largest community festivals in the world.
Arnel was selected for the Miami Media & Influencers Dinner sponsored by Russian Standard Vodka and Syndicate Media. Other notable guests included representatives from Broken Shaker, Haute Living, LDV Hospitality, SLS Hotel, Societe Perrier, Soho Beach House, and Urban Daddy.
In addition, while living in California, Arnel was selected for the Red Book - the National Creative Influencer Program, sponsored by Fader Magazine and Cornerstone Promotion. Those featured in the Red Book were the first honorees of their current Strategic Product Seeding program whose mission is to leverage its relationships with influential members of the music, fashion, and entertainment industry, and connects them with various brands in organic ways.
Arnel also won the New York Viewer's Choice Award at the MTV Film Festival.
San Pedro managed the production and logistics of many high-profile award shows and red carpet events including the DGA Honors Awards, Tribeca Film Festival, Children's Defense Fund Benefit | Beat the Odds Awards, Macy's Passport Fashion Show, and the IFP Gotham Awards.
Arnel was the Sr. VP of Theatrical Distribution & PR at 7th Art Releasing in LA, where he managed the theatrical distribution and awards campaign strategy for the entire acquisitions library of an Academy Award-winning independent documentary distribution company.

San Pedro was the Co-Producer of Bomb It, Arnel and co-managed the documentary film's run from (post) production through to international festival then theatrical distribution and merchandising. The film went on to home entertainment release and earned recogniton as an LA Favorite on Netflix. A sequel was released in 2010.

San Pedro was an Executive Producer for CIC Media for their Innovation for Media Content Creation seminar, where he supported a major studio executive in launching his own television and event production company.
While based in LA, Arnel served as the International Channels Manager (Interim) and Post Production Fixer for Animax Germany, AXN Germany, AXN Israel, AXN Italy, and SET Latin America, where he worked closely with the Technicolor and Ascent Media vendors.
Arnel was a founding Executive Producer for an independent TV Pilot that highlighted DJs and Designers from the Afrobeat, Electro, and Latin Progressive subcultures.
Early in his career, Arnel served as the Segment Producer for Sara's Surprise Adventure: A 5th Anniversary Tribute, where he cut packages and main title open, wrote story, and supervised edits.
